1、锅炉超压的现象
（1）蒸汽温度升高而蒸汽流量减少。
Steam temperature and steam flow is reduced.
（2）发出超压报警信号,超压联锁保护装置动作使锅炉停止送风、给煤和引风。
Issued overpressure alarm signal, overpressure protection device interlock action to stop blowing the boiler, coal and the wind.
（3）汽压急剧上升,超过许可工作压力,压力表指针超红线人安全阀动作后压力仍在升高。

2、锅炉超压的原因
（1）压力表管堵塞、冻结;压力表超过校验期而失效;压力表损坏、指针指示压力不正确,没有反映锅炉真正压力。
Pressure gauge tube blockage, freezing; rather than calibration of pressure gauges fail; gauge damage, the pointer indicates the pressure is not correct, does not reflect the real pressure boiler
（2）经检验降压使用的锅炉,假如安全阀口径没做相应变化（锅炉降压使用时,安全阀口径应增大）,使安全阀的排汽能力不足,汽压得不到控制而超压。

（3）安全阀失灵;阀芯与阀座粘连,不能开启;安全阀进口处连接有盲板;安全阀排汽能力不足。

（4）用汽单位忽然停止用汽,使汽压急骤升高。

（5）超压报警器失灵,超压联锁保护装置失效。

（6）锅炉职员没有监视压力表,当负荷降低时没有相应减弱燃烧。
