燃气蒸汽采用两回程的结构设计，使燃料得到了充分燃烧，热效率高。此外，锅炉在运行过程中的烟管内插有扰流片，使得排烟速度减缓，增加了换热量，为用户降低了大量的使用费用，那么影响蒸汽锅炉品质的因素有哪些呢？
1、锅水浓度
在锅炉内沸腾的水中有很多气泡，随着锅水浓度的增加，气泡的厚度也不断加厚。锅筒的有效空间则减小，气泡破裂时所溅起的细小水滴就会很容易被向上流动的蒸汽带出，从而使蒸汽品质恶化，严重时会产生汽水共腾现象，并带出大量的锅水。
