1、安全阀是最后一道安全保障，应定期进行灵活性检验，每个月最少二次快速拉动安全阀的拉杆以检查它的起跳和回座的灵活性，若安全阀不能起跳或者不灵活，请立即更换。安全阀每年应定期到当地的质监局进行校验。

4、每天第一次使用前须将蒸汽阀门打开，后打开排污阀至炉内的水及污物完全排尽。

5、检查水箱以保证水箱内清洁、没有杂物，防止垃圾进入管道损坏水泵或卡死止回阀。

6、关闭排污阀，蒸汽阀门仍然开启，启动蒸汽发生器的电源开关，此时发出缺水报警，水泵运转对蒸汽发生器补水，直至炉内水位高于低水位时报警声停止并同时接触器吸合启动加热，当水位达到高水位时水泵停止补水。
