大家在使用电蒸汽锅炉时，经常发生电蒸汽锅炉超压的现象，导致汽压急剧上升,超过许可工作压力,压力表指针超“红线人安全阀动作后压力仍在升高。发出超压报警信号,超压联锁保护装置动作使锅炉停止送风、给煤和引风。造成锅炉超压的原因是多方面的，用汽单位忽然停止用汽,使汽压急骤升高。司炉职员没有监视压力表,当负荷降低时没有相应减弱燃烧。安全阀失灵;阀芯与阀座粘连,不能开启;安全阀进口处连接有盲板;安全阀排汽能力不足。压力表管堵塞、冻结;压力表超过校验期而失效;压力表损坏、指针指示压力不正确,没有反映锅炉真正压力。超压报警器失灵,超压联锁保护装置失效。经检验降压使用的锅炉,假如安全阀口径没做相应变化（锅炉降压使用时,安全阀口径应增大）,使安全阀的排汽能力不足,汽压得不到控制而超压。那么出现电蒸汽锅炉超压应该如何处理呢？
1、迅速减弱燃烧,手动开启安全阀或放气阀。

2、加大给水,同时在下汽包加强排污（此时应留意保持锅炉正常水位）,以降低锅水温度,从而降低锅炉汽包压力。

3、如安全阀失灵或全部压力表损坏,应紧急停炉,待安全阀和压力表都修好后再升压运行。

4、锅炉发生超压而危及安全运行时,应采取降压措施,但严禁降压速度过快。

5、锅炉严重超压消除后,要停炉对锅炉进行内、外部检验,要消除因超压造成的变形、渗漏等,并检验分歧格的安全附件。
