燃气锅炉长期不使用，如果处理不及时或者是处理不当，假如锅炉内部存在水分残留，炉体外部有烟灰炉渣的侵蚀和锈蚀，建会导致燃气锅炉寿命缩短，同时容易存在安全隐患。燃气锅炉夏季停炉使用的保养方案，在燃气锅炉长期停用时，要注意炉体内部和外部的防腐保养。
1、清灰：首先在锅炉停炉冷却后，必须彻底清除受热面的积灰和炉排上部、炉体下部的灰渣。
