1、电蒸汽锅炉加水，打开补水阀门，将锅炉注水至正常水位，然后关闭补水阀门。打开系统补水管阀门进行加水，并观察各自动排气情况，直到排气阀不排气为止，然后关闭加水阀门。

3、电蒸汽锅炉水位调整正常后，关闭水泵，检查启闭器，止回阀是否正常。检查的方法是看锅炉水位是否上升，如上升，证明有关闭不严的地方，可耳附在启闭器和止回阀上听，如关闭不严则会听到“嚓嚓”的水流声，如是启闭器的问题请按其说明书处理，如是启回阀的问题，应拆下检查活门是否灵活，阀里是否有异物卡住。
