一、锅炉检查对我市的一些企业进行锅炉的检查发现的问题
锅炉水处理设备质量良莠不齐，部分设备粗制滥造，容易损坏，甚至存在严重的设计缺陷。国家对锅炉水处理系统安装单位未实行资质认定，安装单位技术水平参差不齐，一些安装单位由于技术能力限制，导致水处理系统在安装时就埋下安全隐患。部分企业没有配备专职的水处理工或以司炉工兼职代替，水处理操作人员专业知识缺乏。企业普遍存在轻视水处理工作的问题，没有充分认识到水处理工作对安全生产、节能减排的重要作用。

二、处理锅炉水处理问题的对策：
1、尽快制定完善水处理设备相关强制性标准，并对水处理设备实行市场准入制度，确保设备安全可靠。
